当前,社交媒体平台在谣言治理实践中积极引入用户参与机制。鉴于信源可信并非一成不变,而是高度依赖于内容框架与平台功能的协同匹配,研究通过一项在线实验(N=523),比较了新闻媒体与普通用户在使用不同道德框架(个体化/约束性)和不同功能形态(附注/评论/转发)辟谣时的效果差异。结果显示,普通用户在谣言治理中具有重要价值,其效力的发挥依赖于平台功能与内容策略的协同配置。尽管普通用户的整体辟谣效果不及媒体,但借助附注功能,二者的效果差距不再显著。此外,普通用户采用约束性道德框架辟谣、媒体采用个体化道德框架辟谣时,受众对辟谣信息的分享意愿更高。研究由此为发挥多主体协同参与辟谣的最优效果提供了新的思路。
