在传播学视角下,可供性理论有助于洞察互联网平台和用户复杂的互动关系。本文将对多学科视角下的可供性研究、传播学视角下的平台可供性研究和互联网平台研究的可供性分析路径进行梳理,并提出中国语境下互联网平台可供性研究的理论启示,具体包括:应当避免将可供性简化理解为技术特性,注重在研究中更多引入平台与用户的互动的考察视角,针对算法可供性等技术维度的问题开展实证研究,对不同类型互联网平台开展可供性的比较研究以及在平台可供性研究中强化传播政治经济学的理论视角。
