数字时代，代际间的健康信息替代搜寻成为老年人获取网络健康信息的重要方式。本研究通过对亲辈及其子辈的配对深度访谈，从代际互动视角考察了其中的互动模式、沟通体验与话语权协商机制。研究发现，健康信息的代际互动呈现“代理型”与“协商型”两种模式，其差异根源于亲辈的数字素养、自我效能感及代际沟通氛围。亲辈对子辈替代搜寻的评价具有两面性，当子辈注重“既告又教”与情感支持时，亲辈体验积极；当子辈“信息守门”“告而不教”或态度消极时，亲辈则感知到主体性忽视与代际信任削弱。此外，健康话语权在代际间呈现动态平衡特征，子辈凭借其数字文化资本获取影响力，亲辈则通过“经验反诘”及“调用道德资本”等策略维护话语权威。健康信息替代搜寻不仅是工具性支持，更是一种深嵌于情感、道德与家庭权力博弈中的代际实践，最终导向一种“协商共决”的家庭健康决策新模式。
