线上哀悼将社交媒体中的生者和死者连接在一起,它为悲痛的表达和疗愈创造了可能性,同时也带来了不少困惑和争议,诸如"云戴孝"的批评话语将矛头指向了线上哀悼的"虚伪性"。本文从情感社会学视角出发,试图梳理社交媒体中哀悼行为的社会规范,从哀悼的"边界感"和哀悼者的身份等角度呈现了影响哀悼真诚度的关键因素,并将线上的哀悼规范回溯至线下,探讨二者的关联。一方面,前社交媒体时代围绕哀悼的"情感规则"在新情境中依然适用,另一方面,社交媒体的技术可供性也为悲痛表达创造了更多形式,同时为我们重新理解、面对悲痛提供了新的可能性。
